Classic paste tomato for sauces, salsas, and paste. The egg-shaped fruits are about 3 inches long with a thick, meaty flesh and few seeds. Cooks, cans, and freezes well. Tastes great fresh. Determinate vines.

Maturity: 75-80 days
Care: Minimum of 5-6 hours of sun, but more is even better.
